The Contract Administrator is tasked with a variety of responsibilities within the Compliance Department that contribute to the overall efficiency of business operations. The Contract Administrator provides daily back up administrative support for tasks of all Compliance Department members.
Manages cases to and from clients.
Manual contract entry into system.
Audits consumer and client data for accuracy to ensure business operations are uninterrupted.
Completes write-offs, buy-backs, and pay offs for UGA.
Completes account write-offs for UAS.
Handles all outgoing mail/postage.
Reviews and inputs bankruptcies received via mail and/or cases into the system.
Reviews and inputs auto-debit received via mail and/or cases into system.
Miscellaneous projects as assigned.
High school diploma
Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Demonstrated abilty to be self motivated
