KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Contracts to join our Risk Consulting organization.
Responsibilities:
Perform pre-award and post-award contract and subcontract administration
Draft and negotiate agreements, including NDAs, TAs, contracts, and subcontracts
Strategize with engagement partners and teams and provide value-added business advice
Collaborate with partners, the Office of General Counsel, Risk Management, Business Process Groups, clients, team members and others to mitigate risk and oversee that business requirements are met
Oversee contract and subcontract compliance with SLG government acquisition regulations, as well as KPMG's policies and procedures
Assist or lead client contract reviews and audits
Qualifications:
Minimum of seven years of experience in negotiating and administering State/Local government contracts and subcontracts
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
Working knowledge and application of state/local government acquisition regulations and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office software and Deltek CostPoint
Ability to resolve complex contractual matters, perform business risk assessments, focusing on contract compliance
Ability to travel up to ten percent
