SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the administration of the company’s current contract lifecycle management system (CLMA) and serves as it’s Subject Matter Expert. This position will work with in-house counsel and other internal stakeholders to ensure contracts are processed appropriately, and that the system and workflows are operating as intended. This position will be responsible for multiple aspects of contract management including: systems review and upgrades, internal customer support and training, process improvement, data integrity and audit. In addition, the position will work with others in the company including commercial attorneys responsible for negotiating and drafting contracts to help minimize risk and maximize profitability on all commercial contracts.
Other duties include: participating in the development of forms and templates; coordinating with the records retention team on the development of retention systems and policies for contracts; managing the flow of all legal contracts and other documents through CMS/CLMA which include maintaining the accuracy and real time status of all agreements within the system; processing agreements and execution; confirming paperwork is submitted accurately by requestors in accordance with legal policy and ensuring approvals are documented and stored in CMS/CLMA; working cross-functionally with the information systems team on upgrades and maintenance of CMS/CLMA; working with the internal audit team to confirm clients are adhering to legal policies and proper use of CMS/CLMA; implementing and monitoring tools, policies, procedures, and systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of CMS/CLMA; and other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 3 plus years experience in systems and customer support, preferably contract management systems in a large corporate setting. 1 plus years experience in project management and systems implementation preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; including ability to train.
Computer Skills: Computer literate with strong systems skills.
Special Skills: Highly detailed with the ability to multi-task; ability to work with in-house counsel internal business units and external customers vendors.
