Prime Contract Manager

Utilize your expertise as a\u00a0 Prime Contract Manager within UOP's Equipment Operations and Project Controls group under Engineering, Service & Equipment (ES&E) supporting projects, ranging in size from $10 to $100 MM or more, include licensed engineering projects, modular process units, detailed field design, construction management, etc. Your main goal is to support business and sales team to ensure we have clear prime contract with client with clear scope of delivery, clear cost structure, and reasonable Ts&Cs to protect Honeywell UOP, You will be a part of execution team and manage the communication (with business) with customer, manage the contractual change with approved change orders from client, and support PM to ensure contractual agreed scope are fully delivered to customer and close the contract. You will also ensure that final contractual documents drive growth and include all deal parameters approved an accordance with respective approval processes and Honeywell business is conducted with the highest ethical standards, internal company policies, and local and international laws.
Work with PM to ensure we execute the project per contract and PM, business, and legal for any contractual deviation, claims, back-charge, LD, changes with customers.\u00a0Work with Legal and Business to develop Honeywell UOP standard contract template with Ts&Cs, review and approval of any deviations and waivers during proposal and final contract negotiation stage.\u00a0Empower leaders to make informed and strategic decisions related to supplier and customer agreements and contribute to business growth by identifying and mitigating contractual risks.

YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree, engineering, business, or legal\u00a0
Extensive experience with business/prime contract management experience in EPC industry
Experience with managing $100MM project (E, P, C) as business leader or prime contract manager, Refinery, P&C industry.
Good knowledge and experience of modular business is preferred.
Excellent business acumen with strong risk awareness and judgement
Strong negotiation skill and good communication skill with ability to persuade
Ability to analyze, draft, and negotiate complex agreements with good risk awareness and strong judgement
Develops innovative solutions.
Leads and advises clients on negotiation strategies.\u00a0
Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills and attention to detail and ability to work across functions.\u00a0
Ability to research and analyze complex issues.
