Start Date: June 17, 2018 Length of Assignment: 3-4 months Areas of Interest: Administrative personnel Job Titles: Contract Specialist General Comments: JOB SUMMARY: The Contract Specialist is assigned to the Business Development Team at the Center for Internet Security. Reporting to the Program Executive, The Contract Specialist will partner with other cybersecurity team members to promote the company mission and help support our growth. The Contract Specialist is a critical role within our Sales team. The primary purpose of this position is to review each account to determine the best way to approach the client to bring in the committed membership fee revenue and maintain regular contact (via phone and/or email) with POC-s at organizations to finalize committed membership payments. The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a dynamic sales team to collect the commitments (agreements and/or payments) the sales team receives. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: Navigate customer Vendor systems and process Vendor forms Review customer purchase orders and determine next terms Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with the customer while keeping the Sales Team informed Serve as Liaison between customer and CIS Legal Counsel for required Membership Agreements and gain signatures for contracts Maintain accurate records in the Customer Relations Management (CRM) System (Address, phone/email, new contacts, roles, next steps, etc.) Communicate & follow up effectively with sales team regarding customer accounts on a timely basis Email your resume to Suzanne today: [Click Here to Email Your Resumé]
