Contract Administrator 3
The Boeing Global Services (BGS) Contracts team is seeking to fill three (3) open positions for experienced Level 3 Contracts Representatives. The Contracts Representative selected for this assignment will lead the acquisition team in support of requirements definition planning, organizing, development and submittal of proposals and subsequent negotiation and administration. This individual will work under a team lead within the organization and will frequently work with a wide range of businesses and divisions across Boeing and with external customers in both Prime and Inter-Organizational Transactions (IWT) roles. Through close coordination with various functions (including, but not limited to Estimating & Pricing, PFA, Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Financial Controls, Program Management, Global Sales and Marketing, etc.). Responsibilities include forming Requirements Definition with internal and external customers; RFP review; Proposal Plan of Action development; coordinated and facilitation; proposal development; proposal gate reviews; negotiations; contract award and post award activities. Candidates must exhibit strong problem solving and organizational skills and should be able to work relatively independently through the challenges and high-volume of proposal/estimate actions. The BGS Contracting team operates in a fast paced environment, customer service that requires the interested candidate to demonstrate the following critical skills and abilities: problem solving, customer relationship building, communication and organization. Ability to research and effectively solve problems, effectively collaborate and lead acquisition teams, develop negotiation positions and ensure proper handoffs with the execution teams.

Typical Education/ Experience
* Bachelor's and typically 6 or more years' related work experience, a Master's degree and typically 4 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)
* This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee
* Experience with contracts, proposal and negotiations
• Detailed knowledge of USG proposal processes
• USG contract negotiation experience
• Contractual knowledge
• Familiarity with FAR and DFAR Terms and Conditions
