General Summary: Under the general supervision of the Sr. Director, Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management, the Project Manager, Strategic Contracting operates within the established Partners Corporate Supply Chain Management policies and procedures. The person will work closely with the Contract Management team as well as internal & external stakeholders to ensure that projects are successfully managed up to and post implementation date. Responsibilities: \u2022Develop and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders. \u2022Generate and manage detailed project plans using project management tools approved by leadership. \u2022Oversee projects from inception to completion and within established timeframes: oDevelop scope, goals, milestones and timeframe of projects oEnsures accurate deliverables are identified while holding team members accountable \u2022Develop, organize & manage all tools and documents associated with the Contracting department\u2019s strategic initiatives. This includes assisting in the identification and organization of annual goals, and consistent reporting to these goals. \u2022Develop, maintain & communicate project metrics ex: milestones, timelines, % completion etc. Develop & maintain meeting management tools & outputs according to departmental protocol ex: agendas, meeting notes & assignments, PowerPoint slide decks. Establish escalation and communication protocols for stalled or incomplete assignments that will impact the project timeline. Qualifications \u2022 5 plus years of experience\u2022A strong drive to support the creation of a superior service organization committed to customer satisfaction. \u2022Proficient with project management tools, such as Microsoft Project \u2022Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Project Management or a related field \u2022Proven track record of successfully managing many highly visible, complex projects at the same time, and managing a \u201cpipeline\u201d of future projects \u2022Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and works effectively under pressure \u2022Ability to professionally escalate concerns, barriers & challenges to appropriate audience(s) \u2022Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
