Profile

Summary:
The Corporate Contracts Manager will work directly with the VP Shared Services to mitigate exposure while organizing all customer contracts, vendor agreements, licenses, etc. The Manager will have a working knowledge of contract compliance along with an understanding of licensing and permitting requirements for all companies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Review, process and administer all customer contracts for **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. and the affiliated companies of UniTek.
Review, process and administer all vendor agreements for UniTek and the affiliated companies.
Verify weekly, monthly and quarterly through corporate reports what companies have failed to remain compliant with their contract obligations.
Work directly with the field offices, customers, and UniTek brokerage to ensure insurance compliance.
Research of state and local licensing requirements for business operations,
Provide weekly updates to the contract and license tracker. Ensure that specific levels of routine maintenance and organization are performed within the scope and design of the company files.
Process all licenses for business to include: State, county, GC and certifications for all UniTek entities.
Performs office automation duties using MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Netsuite, Oracle, etc.

The Corporate Contracts Manager must possess knowledge of contracts and licensing specific to the communication industry, exceptional analytical skills, a high level of attention to detail, and excellent oral and written communication skills. The Manager must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with customers and various levels of field & management staff.
The Manager will be required to maintain a comprehensive list of Contracts, Licenses and Vendor agreements within the operating platforms of the Unitek companies.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; and three years related experience and/or training; Previous para-legal experience preferred.
