Our client, a leader in the energy industry located in Atlantic County, is seeking a Contracts Administrator with at least 5 years of transactional experience gained within a law firm or corporate law department primarily focused on energy contracts. Candidates will assist the legal team with drafting, editing and redlining a variety of contracts including but not limited to supply agreements, sales and energy trading agreements, power purchasing and related concession agreements and other energy-related contracts.
This is a part time role (10-20 hours per week) with the option to work remotely.
