The CSI Companies is currently seeking an IT Contracts Negotiator to support one of our healthcare clients in the Denver, CO area.

The IT Contract Negotiator will be the key contact and subject matter expert for assigned IT contracts and will work hand-in-hand with the Vendors and the IT Contracting Director. They will negotiate contract terms, conditions, modifications, pricing, incentives and remedies, while working with key stakeholders to ensure that their requirements are met. This position will assist with the contract execution process and help to resolve problems to expedite the contract signature process, both internally and with the Vendors.

This is a minimum 6 month contract with a premier employer in Denver. 


A Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

A high school diploma would be considered with appropriate experience directly in the field of IT contract negotiations.

Must have a deep market knowledge of the IT sector and a minimum of 3 years’ experience with negotiating and managing Information Technology contract life cycles

Experience in managing large complex contracts in one or more IT categories (software, hardware, SaaS)

Experience working with IT Executives and Business owners/stakeholders, IT users, legal and procurement staff
