Rebate Administration subject matter expert, providing guidance and oversight of others in the review of rebate claims data for accuracy, trends and the investigate and resolution of any discrepancies. Prepare and review other’s preparation of payment packages and processing of those payments.

Apply analytical techniques and discretion to analyze contract and chargeback information to ensure administrative fee calculations are complete and accurate. Work closely with the Chargeback Operations team as needed to resolve issues.

Construct, establish and administer Specialty and Institutional commercial contracts in the Model N Contract Management and Chargeback (CMCB) system. Ensure that the intent of the contract is carried out for the rebate payments and pricing agreements.

Ability to interpret contract language and how is translates to the set up/updating of a Model N contract.

Proactively analyzes chargeback and membership data to uncover issues and identify trends. Develops comprehensive understanding of membership eligibility.

Interfaces with Account Executives, GPOs, and other institutions and makes decisions to resolve contract eligibility and chargeback issues.

Works closely with Chargeback analysts to resolve contract issues.

Provides support and serves as back up to the Senior Pricing Analyst in the administration of pricing and special offers.

Responsible for the training of Contract and Rebate Analysts.
