Project Control Specialist/Contract Support Administrator, Mid Key Role:
Support project managers (PMs) through transitional support, including opening and closing projects and generating and maintaining project schedules. Analyze the development and maintenance of templates, standards, and processes for the customer. Assist with the preparation of acquisition documentation packages to ensure appropriate review and approval signatures have been obtained. Prepare contract documents for approval processing, reproduction, assembly, or distribution, as necessary. Prepare assigned contracting actions for government approval, including incremental funding modifications and administrative modifications in accordance with FAR. Work closely with contracting officers to finalize any correspondence, reports, procurement documents, negotiation approvals, or audit requests. Perform data entry, tracking, and retrieval in the acquisition system, including ensuring integrity of the system.
-Experience with project coordination
-Experience with integrating schedules and data entry into job-specific databases
-Ability to perform quality control and assurance tasks
-Ability to conduct impact analysis on schedule, resources, and other variables and assess resource conflicts
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree
-Experience with generating projects in Maximo, facilitating design review workflow, and ensuring project closeout compliance
-Experience with organizing and maintaining contract records
-Experience with using COGNOS reports to track status of contract actions
-Ability to contract summaries and maintain complete, current, and accurate progress reports on contract activity
