Not for profit is currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join their team.Responsibilities: Provides contractual domain expertise and in-depth knowledge of regulations and specific client procedures and processes (experience with DOHMH, HUD, DHS, OMH, etc.)Analyzes contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate and government policies and business unit procedure.Develops contract-specific strategies, performs contract training for project teams and prepares clear and concise contract briefs for project teamsManages contract budgeting and staffing allocations across contracts for staff who work in multiple programsGuides and supports implementation of new contract awards, contract changes and budget modifications.Maintains deadlines on deliverables and communicates on an ongoing basis with partners and team about contractual issues.·Actively documents and pursues variations\/claims through tracking schedule.Reviews monthly production reports from central fiscal office, statistical reports, or other regularly scheduled reports.Assists with budgets and fiscal monthly and year end closing.Works closely with Development Director and program co-directors to establish contract timelines, ensure compliance, and meet contractual deadlines and deliverables.Interfaces with project support functions -Fiscal, HR – to foster complianceSalary is up to 70K
