Position Role/Tile: Clinical Contracts Administrator
Location: Pleasanton, CA.
The Clinical Contracts Administrator (CCA) works closely with project, people, and Clinical Contracts Managers across Clinical Operations & Biometrics, Procurement (COBM), Legal, Finance, and Suppliers to support the contracting, supplier payment tracking, and Sunshine Act Reporting for COBM projects.
Reviews clinical trial agreements (Master Service Agreements, Work Orders, and Clinical Trial Agreements) and site budgets with US and ex-US institutions for tracking purposes.
Establish Purchase Orders (PO) via Client Finance system.
Track and report all transfers of value to US teaching hosipitals and Healthcare Providers related to COBM activities.
Work closely with members of the Clinical Operations Contracting team to track invoices and payments to suppliers related to COBM contracts and related PO’s.
Track, maintain and update assigned contract information within the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and other tracking tools to ensure completeness and accuracy, as applicable.
Works with Supplier Relationship Manager to track Key Performance Indicators from contracts for applicable suppliers.
Other tasks as assigned by manager to support overall COBM function.
Familiar with Requests for Proposals, Contracts / Contracting processes
