POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIESn**MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. is s currently seeking a Contract Administrator to provide support of **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. contract process.nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES: New Contract Process: Candidate will distribute copies to the respective internal and external users and present the contract to the contract review team via the Contract Review Process reflected below. Candidate will review all contract documents and compare to the submitted proposal to validate accuracy or identify variances.nContract Change/Release Process: Candidate must be able to understand the respective client contract structure (which vary by client) and process the contract change orders and work releases accordingly. All modifications, releases and revisions must be traced to the proposal submitted to the client. Candidate must compare the submitted proposal and the contract document received from the client to validate accuracy or identify variances. Candidate will distribute copies to the respective internal and external users and present the contract to the contract review team via the Contract Review Process reflected below.nContract Review Process: All documents received must be logged into the Contract Mail Log and, once accepted, updated in the contract database. Candidate will host contract review meetings with respective internal users (billing, payroll, proposal and the technical organization) to review and accept the contract document or assign responsibility to resolve identified issues. Candidate will return accepted and signed documents to client via email, regular mail, or overnight mail. This process must be followed in accordance with established procedures.nContract Database Data Entry Process: Once the received contract document has been approved, Candidate will input information into the BHI contract database in accordance with BHI Contract Database User Manual. All data entry will be validated by an independent user. Upon acceptance and signature of the contract documents, the documents are scanned and filed both electronically and manually in accordance with established procedures.nOther Support: Candidate must be able communicate with and assist other departments in compliance with the contractual requirements (recruiting department, payroll, financial and billing departments). Timely summary reports must be generated and distributed to various departments. - - -Candidate must possess a business/office background, be able to think strategically, and be able to identify problems, risks and recommend mitigating efforts.n-Work as part of a team and also independently.n-Must possess excellent workload management, organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.Candidate will assist project managers in resolving client issues and will develop strong internal and external ties that foster open and effective communications.n- Bacheloru2019s Degree in Business Administration, a related business discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience.n-Ability to function independently and as part of a teamn-Working knowledge of MS Office Applications ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Share point) -Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.n- Strong communication skills in both oral or written forms.n- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.n-Proactive and self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. -Ability to handle competing priorities and work effectively in a challenging, fast-paced environmentn-Positive, professional attitude and presencen-Must be trustworthy and mature and takes initiativen-Strong ability to identify and act on underlying client needs and business/industry trends.n-Results-driven, proactive, resourceful, sense of urgency, quality and detail-oriented.n-Proven problem-solving, prioritization and multi-tasking skills.n-Excellent oral and written communication skills, including grammar skillsn-Great attitude and team player.n-Successful completion of background screening process. Must be able to perform the following physical and mental tasks: -Visual Acuity, balancing, stooping, reaching, walking, manual dexterity, grasping, feeling, hearing, talkingn-Capacity to think, concentrate and focus for long periods of timen-Ability to read complex documents in the English languagen-Capacity to reason and make sound decisionsn-Ability to write complex documents in the English languagen-Capacity to express thoughts orally.n-Ability to think strategically and develop plans for growth.
