Responsibilities: Ensures proper coordination and processing of all contracts for legal review, oversees contract execution deadlines and contract review assignments. Serves as primary liaison with contracting principals, internal departments and external parties to ensure compliance with contract specifications and resolution of issues. Develops contracts using approved model templates and develops new contract model templates for approval. Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction, conflict management and other job related issues. Oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll. Qualifications Education: High School or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred. Work Experience: Four years of experience is required. Seven years of experience is preferred.

The first Catholic hospital in Baltimore, St. Agnes was originally created to provide nursing care for the poor. The facility moved to its present location in 1876 and was reorganized as a full-service hospital in 1906. Today St. Agnes Hospital is a full-service community teaching hospital with residency programs in a number of medical/surgical specialties.
