Service Contracts Analyst

Responsible for providing support with the Service Contracts portfolio and maximizing its profitability and sales performance. Assist with new product launches and the alignment of all stakeholders to ensure its success. Analyze and maintain reporting to measure the success of the programs.
Assist with the launch of new programs by coordinating all key business areas and ensuring those duties are carried out on time for a successful launch.
Analyze and maintain monthly/ quarterly reports to measure program sustainability. Request ad hoc audit reports on claims and make adjustments to warranty controls as needed. Recommend strategies and campaigns in alignment with overall business area goals based upon results of analysis.
Assist with creation of all marketing and training initiatives to ensure products are provided adequate exposure. Ensure dealers are provided training on products and best practices for successful sales performance.
Liaison between ASBD and warranty to ensure appropriate damage codes and controls are created and put in place.
Maintain records for state registrations and coordinate with outside legal counsel to ensure there is compliance across all states.
Create pricing models to ensure products are up to date and risk is mitigated once contracts come due. Competitive review of existing products currently in the market for insight and benchmarking.
Bachelor’s Degree (accredited school) with emphasis in:
Must have 2- 4 years (total) of experience in the following:
Knowledge of administrative procedures, process/project development, and system procedures.
Knowledge of retail processes and procedures, with emphasis in New and Pre-owned sales, accessories, service and parts.
Business - General
Knowledge of fundamental business practices and concepts that impact the success and profitability of the organization.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership technique, human resource management and efficiency and process methods.
Knowledge of market research sources, data analysis techniques and methodology from various research tools.
