If you are a talented and experienced Data Entry Clerk, OfficeTeam has an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate Property industry for you. We are searching for a data-driven experienced who pays great attention to detail and looking to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. You will need to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Do you have speedy and precise typing skills and impeccable organization? Then we have the Data Entry Specialist position for you. This short term temporary-to-fulltime Data Entry Clerk role is based in the Williamsburg, Virginia area. Your responsibilities in this role - Track down further information for documents that are deemed incomplete - Keep records of tasks, files, and progress - Look over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product - Search websites for information - Survey reports and sheets of data - File information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systems - Review and remove unneeded data as well as combine data from multiple sources

Job Requirements

- Accomplished computer skills is a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems - Expertise in Microsoft Excel - Comprehensive knowledge of alphanumeric data entry - Sound written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and meet deadlines - Proven typing accuracy
