Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Creating new accounts as needed by researching and identifying their relationship as part of an IDN and/or GPO
Researching and Identifying relationships to IDNs and GPOs on existing accounts
Communicate with Sales Representatives, Regional Managers and Vice-Presidents concerning accounts, contracts, pricing, etc.
Assist with maintaining membership lists for GPOs. (Weekly review of HPG, Intalere, ROI, etc.. This responsibility will expand as GPO relationships increase)
Assist in entering contract revisions/renewals for local agreements (Semi-Annually 250-500 contracts)
Maintain facilities lists for local agreements
Enter contact information on accounts as needed
Assist in processing and communicating distributor requests for customer pricing
Assist in responding to Sales Rep requests for copies of contracts
Assist with implementation of new quote process in Salesforce and maintaining products list/pricing
Review Traverse/Salesforce database to identify duplicate accounts
Work with Accounting personnel on sales tracings, rebates and any other issues as needed
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel

Education and/or Experience
One to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
