Job Description Reviews prime contract documents to develop terms and

conditions and issue requests for proposals (RFPs) for services.

Negotiates non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and teaming agreements

with potential subcontractors. Coordinates with program personnel to

evaluate bids and analyzes and negotiates pricing and terms and

conditions to select subcontractors for award. Creates and maintains

electronic CPSR compliant files in accordance with Federal Acquisition

Regulations (FAR) and company policies and procedures. Issues

subcontracts to approved subcontractors and executes subcontracts

within their delegated authority (DOA). May work with a variety of

contract types/vehicles to include: CPIF, CPFF, FPI, FFP, T&M, LH,

IDIQs, BOAs, and BPAs.

Responsible for cradle to grave subcontract administration activities

to include: issuing modifications for subcontract changes; monitoring

subcontractor performance to ensure adherence to requirements;

maintaining pertinent file documentation; issuing stop work notices,

letters of concern, cure notices, and subcontract terminations;

resolving or recommending appropriate actions to resolve payment and

performance issues; and performing closeout of expired subcontract


Should be comfortable working independently within a team. Reports to

a team lead and/or supervisor. A high level of self-initiative is

desired. Effective professional written and oral communication skills

are necessary for successful job performance. Candidate should be

comfortable communicating with project management and various support

function personnel in the performance of daily subcontract activities.

Required Skills A bachelor s degree is required, preferably in business

administration or other related field or equivalent experience. The

Subcontract Administrator II is an entry to mid-level position, which

requires at least 2 - 4 years of related experience in government

subcontract administration and a working knowledge of applicable

requirements (FAR, DFAR, ITAR, and CPSR). CostPoint and SharePoint

experience preferred, but not required. Contract or Procurement

related certifications and knowledge of contract law are a plus.

Experience in closeout of incentivized and cost reimbursable type

contracts is a plus.

DepartmentOur services in the Defense business unit support all branches

of the U.S. military and the intelligence community. Our teams provide

a variety of support services related to the maintenance and life

cycle sustainment of US Navy, US Coast Guard and Customs and Border

Patrol fielded C5I systems. We are focused on the design, systems

engineering, project management, procurement, installation, training,

testing, and field maintenance of these systems. We also provide
