Contracts Administrator 
Biotronik is lookin for a Contracts Administrator who is dynamic, analytical, and intelligent, and who is looking for a place to grow. Biotronik is poised to grow exponentially this year, and it's a great time to get your foot in the door and grow with us. Ideally the right person has 1-2 years of experience handling contracts, but also has process improvement skills and the ability to work quickly, managing priorities that shift. The main responsibilities for this Contracts Administrator is to administer hospital, Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), Group Purchasing Organization (GPO), and Vascular Intervention (VI) contracts. Analyze proposed pricing and any additional fee schedules to ensure conformance to BIOTRONIK guidelines; recommend pricing adjustments as necessary. Write, revise, and review pricing agreements to ensure they are consistent with BIOTRONIK guidelines and requirements; negotiate revisions with appropriate hospital, IDN, GPO or VI contacts. Ensure accurate pricing is loaded into SAP system and provide guidance to Contracts and Customer Account Services personnel in researching and resolving pricing discrepancies.


 
Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
Develop and submit RFPs, RFIs, and other proposals ensuring pricing and terms conform to guidelines and format is in accordance with BIOTRONIK and/or hospital or purchasing group requirements.
Administer contractual agreements with hospitals including but not limited to pricing agreements, clinical studies, additions or deletions of products, term extensions and other changes that are governed by the contract.
Engage with business leadership and Corporate Accounts team to understand the target customers and our current process for promoting and selling to key accounts; incorporate goals into contracting tools and strategies.
Perform intermediate contract and deal analysis including analysis of rebates and incentive structures; provide insight to sales organization to help guide decision-making.
Engage in initial and ongoing product education to ensure up-to-date knowledge of BIOTRONIK product offerings.
Load and maintain pricing in SAP.
Analyze proposed pricing and obtain appropriate management feedback and approvals.
Interpret customer imposed terms & conditions to ensure they conform to BIOTRONIK standards and obtain approvals where they do not.
Maintain internal corporate reporting in regards to effort summaries, new product releases or other defined metrics. Special projects as assigned.
Continuously review, improve and streamline processes and procedures relating to essential duties and responsibilities to increase efficiencies and effectiveness of responsible area.
Bachelor’s degree required
1-2 years contract administration experience, or similar
Beginning to intermediate contract deal analysis skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced sales environment
Experience using Word, Excel, and other related software programs.
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure; good time management, problem-prevention, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail and to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Ability to work with co-workers, customers, and outside agencies professionally and tactfully
Ability work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to reach out and navigate through a hospital system to find the correct contact for correspondence
SAP experience preferred
