Job Description : Supports the subcontract management team on the new Saudi FMS Multi Mission Surface Combatant (MMSC) Program. The SCA will provide subcontract administration of the large subcontracts for the Design Agent and shipyard. Support program and proposal team with preliminary pricing and equipment sourcing. Support full proposal effort in 2019. Successful candidate must be a self-starter, independent worker, goal oriented and able to interact with various program, planning and subcontract personnel to ensure desired results. Successful candidate will be able to resolve supplier issues.Basic QualificationsProficiency with LM P2P tool, Supply Chain experience, knowledge of LM LMAP processes, familiarity with managing large subcontracts, Strong Communication Skills, Organizational Skills, Microsoft Tools, Proposal ExperienceDesired skillsWorking knowledge of one or more of the following: contract/subcontract administration, cost and pricing,estimating, program control, acquisition, procurement, legal contracts, or business development. Ability to apply knowledge to assist in Subcontracts administration and other areas of the supply chain efforts. Ability to effectively communicate with suppliers and Program management. Accuracy and attention to details. Abilityto provide accurate and timely status and manage multiple efforts at the same time. Must be a team player and able to adapt to changing environment and critical schedule deadlines.Previous experience in Sourcing roles/Supply Chain roles in a Government Procurement environment with FAR and DFAR experience. Excellent organizational skills.
