The paralegal filing this role will provide legal support to **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. transactional attorneys and would be primarily tasked with drafting and negotiating agreements with vendors engaged by **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. to provide operational goods and services not for resale.

What will you do?
Provide transactional advice on diverse and fast-paced business initiatives
Draft and negotiate nondisclosure agreements, trial & test agreements, End User License Agreements, as well as other license, hardware purchase and services agreements
Advise business leaders on a wide variety of topics, including intellectual property questions, liability caps, warranty provisions and indemnification obligations
Integrate and collaborate with internal clients to understand business objectives and legal needs
Facilitate conversations with subject matter experts and other cross-functional partners in areas such as risk management, tax and internal audit as part of vendor contract negotiations
Contribute in various ways to the operation and efficiency of the Legal Operations Transactions Team and the broader Legal Department
Handle multiple matters simultaneously; and other duties, projects, and assignments
Minimum Qualifications:
5 or more years of demonstrated work experience providing legal advice on sophisticated commercial contracts, including technology agreements, whether in private practice or as in-house
Associate degree or certification in paralegal studies from an ABA accredited schools
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience drafting, negotiating, and providing legal advice on agreements with third party vendors and service providers
Technology and call center agreement experience
Transactional expertise and work directly with the business and procurement team members as well as other cross functional partners, under supervision of a **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***. attorney
Research and evaluate complex situations using multiple information sources and provide practical advice on technical matters and business operations
Quickly develop and maintain relationships and rapport with business owners and cross-functional partners that help facilitate transactions and ongoing operations
Use communication and diplomacy skills required to direct, persuade, and influence clients and cross-functional partners; demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
Operate in a fast-moving environment with minimal supervision on critical enterprise projects
Willingness and flexibility to work in a multitude of business areas when required and accept work assignments on a variety of topics to address business’ new and changing needs
