Global Technical Services (GTS) is seeking resumes for a Contract Maintenance Manager Health Care Occupany (CMM-H) for operations and maintenance of Air Force Medical Treatment Facilities across the U.S. and internationally.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
The CMM-H will meet or exceed code and performance criteria from Section 1.2.1.3 and possess additional skills annotated in this section. The Health Care task order/sites would involve Ambulatory Care, Hospitals, and Medical Centers.
NON - ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Requirements :
Required:
· Technically qualified in the field of Healthcare Occupancy Facilities Management
Five (5) years’ documented experience in a bedded medical facility managing operations and maintenance
Supervision of a large diversified work force too include mechanics, technicians, clerks and engineers responsible for operations, maintenance and large quantity of ongoing repairs of medical building infrastructure systems.
Experience and/ or knowable with the various Health Care codes, standards, and The Joint Commission (TJC) tracking and reporting requirements to successfully pass a TJC Heath Care accreditation inspection.
Desired:
Current Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) certificate Current Certified Health Care Facility Manager (CHFM) certificate.
