You will work directly with sales management & representatives in the field, to facilitate and manage the negotiation of sales contracts terms and conditions with healthcare organizations, collaborating with Legal and Finance as appropriate. You will also be responsible for managing all aspects of healthcare contracts for a specified group of accounts. Critical assignments include:
Prepare pricing analyses, price requests, and responses to healthcare accounts
Oversee and manage all aspects of healthcare account contracts to ensure they are properly reviewed, redlined or revised for compliance with business terms in a timely and efficient manner
Ensure timely and accurate loading of all new contracts into the Contract Management System as well as all pricing conditions into the SAP Work Streams, monitoring regularly to ensure compliance
Interpret customer imposed terms & conditions to ensure they conform to
Prepare and administer routine correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal as well as compliance with all policies & regulations
Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements in alignment with
initiatives and departmental strategic goals
We are looking for someone who has 3 or more years of substantive Contract Administrator experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment with a leading organization renowned for their strategic & innovative approaches. You should easily be able to portray your mastery of the end-to-end contract continuum (pricing/contract strategies through contract administration), as well as your proven ability to effectively negotiate across a diverse customer spectrum. You should be a self-starter, analytical and a strategic thinker. At a
you should have obtained a High School Diploma, but a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
