Oakwood is looking for an experienced Contract Administrator to support In-house counsel in the review and asses of contracts upon award. This is a support function to facilitate seamless management of all contractual documentation. This position will assist in tracking and monitoring of contract changes and in maintaining accurate and fully executed legal agreements. The Contract Administrator also supports for Federal government agencies matters and oversight of the GSA Schedule 48 master contract requirements and reports.

Key Features of your day:
Supports compliance with federal government Requests for Proposal instructions and requirements
Prepares preliminary proposal outlines to ensure compliance with RFP requirements and Supports proposal kick-off and status update meetings
Contributes to the design of visuals, exhibits, and other graphics to improve effectiveness of proposal presentation — exercises best practices when creating document templates, styles, formats, and visuals.
Works with Oakwood’s Contract Specialist and other key stakeholders to effectively support global client contracting requirements
Ensures that contractual SLAs are consistent with service delivery process.
Document and Audit Support to ensure all contract documentation is organized, complete, accurate and in compliance with federal requirements and corporate policy
Manage Contract Management software while ensuring timely and accurate contract creation and tracking protocols
Serve as a liaison between the Contract Distribution Portal and internal clients
Provide reporting metrics and metadata
Track general legal documents that are sent/received by Oakwood Worldwide
Best Candidates will have:
5 years’ experience analyzing government and commercial contracts
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
Knowledge and experience with contract language
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Possesses exceptional organization and time management skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize
Ability to review and understand contracts and relevant documentation
