Reporting to the Director, Compliance & Risk Management, the Contract Administrator will be responsible to provide full and diversified administrative support, as well as general duties associated with facilitating any of the below stated roles for AVL North America Corporate Services, Inc. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Employer will not sponsor an applicant for a work visa for this position. Your Responsibilities: Assist the Director in the efficient management of his\/her schedule as well as handle any calls, whether from internal or external stakeholders. Perform any necessary clerical functions such as fax, file, copy, and typing correspondence. Responsible for various liability insurance requests; request and distribute Certificates of Insurance, filing and managing liability insurance claims, assist in annual liability insurance renewal, review and approve monthly invoices for insurance premiums. Maintain all legal\/contractual documents in hard copy and those filed electronically in SharePoint. Maintain all Employee Confidentiality Obligations for all Highly Confidential projects. Manage requests for new and renewal of existing M-Plates (Manufacturer Plate) from the State of Michigan for AVL customer\/project vehicles. Maintain Financial Statement disclosure database. Assist with the filings of Government surveys and State Annual Reports. Handle special projects and any other value-added activities for AVL, as required. Your Profile: Associates degree or 2 years of related experience Excellent written and oral communication skills Keen analytical and organizational skills Ability to interface well with all departments of AVL and to represent the Director in a highly professional manner Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality Multi-task abilities and a root cause approach to problem solving Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer skills Seize the professional challenges and opportunities offered by a high-tech enterprise - join our international team.
