Drafts, reviews, analyzes, negotiates, processes and maintains contracts and related documents to ensure accuracy for operational/project teams in accordance with the contracts policies and procedures.
Utilize discretion and judgment to research and interpret documents, ensuring compliance with contract terms, regulations and company policies. Prepare and maintain all approvals and waivers.
Provide excellent customer service to customers by ensuring accurate, complete and timely processing of contract requests. Acting as a consultant to provide information and guidance pertaining to the contract processes.
Collaborate cross functionally to identify workable solutions for terms.
Negotiate contract terms and provisions as required.
Utilize contract system database to maintain proper record retention, ensuring various contract types are maintained accurately, completely and done so timely.
Advise and train internal customers on use of contract system to ensure efficient processing of various contracts and their lifecycles.
Continuous improvement through identifying and recommending potential system and process best practices.
Compile and analyze reports for various customers, as required.
Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job.

Formal education to include a combination of courses such as math, accounting, lease records, or real estate principles and practices and the following job related experience
Experience and thorough knowledge of working with contracts.
Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse team of professionals to help them interpret contractual risks and requirement.
Experience reading and interpreting legal descriptions and documents, contracts, leases, and/or industry and governmental regulations.
Experience conducting internal and/or external research and preparing contracts, releases, records, payments, legal descriptions, land/property records, reports, and correspondence.
Experience interacting, negotiating, and communicating effectively.
Experience in use and function of tools and equipment applicable to position including computers, contract system database (such as Conga), Excel, Word, Adobe.
Demonstrated ability to make presentations to groups and individuals.
Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English.
Minimum Applicable driver's license
Mobility to travel in and around office surroundings and to other business locations.
Communicate and/or exchange information or instructions.
Visual abilities sufficient to perform job duties.
