Daily Duties and Responsibilities – 90%

Draft, administer, and maintain agreements and quotes for all facilities

Review and process requests for demo/trial/user partnership agreements for no-charge devices

Ensure all necessary documents and approvals are obtained

Use templates to create agreements for customers

Review and edit agreement specifications and coordinate with Finance as necessary on changes / edits

Review all no-charge purchase order quantities, pricing, and discounts to ensure ROI before providing field with materials to present to a facility

Manage audits of all no-charge demo and placement devices in facilities and monitor utilization

Report on and communicate ClearChest performance measures

Track GPO status and ensure compliance with contracts

Act as a liaison between the inside team, outside sales team, and our facility customers

Coordinate device software validations

Become the Installed Base subject matter expert ensuring all serialized devices are properly logged and tracked

Other – 10%

Attend HIPAA training and other training sessions as needed

Provide backup coverage as need for Customer Support Team

Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

4 year college degree in business or healthcare related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience with DME or health care industries preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Software and other relevant software.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated superior customer service skills.

The Facility Support Specialist is responsible for facility device related activities. Works directly with field sales to place the InCourage® Airway Clearance System in facilities to increase ClearChest sales and drive discharge business. Manages Unit Program Agreements, software validations, and field device audits. Processes all hospital and facility orders.

You are responsible for:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

4 year college degree in business or healthcare related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience with DME or health care industries preferred.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Demonstrated superior customer service skills
