Quigley House is the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault program for Clay County serving thousands of victims each year. Our mission is to provide advocacy and empowerment to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault while providing community education to heighten awareness. Bachelor’s degree in the human services, administration, business or related field with experience in contract compliance or equivalent preferred. Will consider high school diploma or Associates Degree or equivalent with experience in program monitoring and contract compliance.
Must have an advanced experience in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel.
Ability to read, understand, and interpret contracts and regulations.
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation required.
Able to work a flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
The Contract Compliance Specialist must be a self-reliant, detail-oriented person responsible for compliance with contracts and other regulatory requirements. Contract Compliance Specialist assures compliance with the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence (FCADV), Florida Council Against Sexual Assault (FCASV), Victims of Crime Act (VOCA), The Florida Attorney General’s Office (OAG) including all contract and standards requirements. Assures agency compliance with all other funding sources. Responsible for accurately tracking required statistics, outcomes, funding source deliverables, and quality assurance measures. Maintain accurate statistics and provide timely monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, an annual report. Provide statistical reporting of client services in accordance with Quigley House, Inc. policies and procedures.
Oversee agency compliance with quality programming and services capable of meeting the vision, mission and program objectives of Quigley House, Inc., Standards of the FCADV, FCASV, the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and other funding source requirements.
Design and implement continuous quality assurance for the provision of adult, child/youth services.
Responsible for accurately tracking required statistics, outcomes, funding source deliverables, and quality assurance measures.
Provide timely monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports.
Responsible for accurate manual and computerized data collection in a timely manner.
Provide accurate and timely data and documentation for reimbursement of request for payments.
Become familiar with Florida Statutes pertaining to domestic violence, sexual assault, dating violence, stalking and human trafficking, victim rights, service delivery, HIPPA, confidentiality, privilege communication and other applicable regulatory laws.
Create and maintain written procedures for client management system, regulatory compliance, reporting and gathering of statistical information.
Must pass an extensive criminal background check. A clean driving record and reliable transportation is required. Must successfully complete hotline and all required training. Send Cover Letter, Resume and three Professional References.
