We are seeking a Contract Administrator within Indirect Sourcing to be located at our office in Eden Prairie, Minnesota.
What you’ll do:
Provide administrative support for the Contract Management Tool including data input of key contract metadata, routing of contracts for review and signature and providing contract reporting as needed Ability to find and extract data from the contract
Contract start date, end or renewal dates and notification periods
Termination for Convenience clause
Software License description, count and unit of measure
Recognize Contract Types (Master Agreements, Statement of Work, Non-Disclosure, Amendments)
Ability to research and link Parent/Child contracts within the Contract Management Tool
Assist Sourcing Managers with Non-Disclosure documents from preparation to Vendor signature
Lead the New Vendor Set-up process in accordance with Accounts Payable policy
Lead on-boarding, off-boarding, tracking and reporting of contingent labor workforce resources Prepare Master Consulting Agreements, Statements of Work and Amendments in accordance with Business requirements
Track contingent labor workforce based on Contract Number, Start Date, End Date, Location
Act as the focal point of contact between the Business, Internal Provisioning of Security requirements (on-boarding/off-boarding) and the contingent labor Vendor
Track contract labor resource for reporting purposes and provide reporting as required
Provide Backup for Department Specialist Role as required including, but not limited to:
Submitting Purchase Orders
Reconciling Credit Card billings
Managing Corporate mobile phone user accounts
Technology maintenance and software as a service payment reconciliation
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s Degree with 1-3 years’ experience
Previous experience with ERP systems, Oracle preferred
Experience with purchasing tools, Ariba preferred
Prior experience with legal documentation including interpretation of contract terms and conditions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective interpersonal skills to develop and maintain business relationships at all levels of the company and in the supplier community
Computer proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office solutions
