JOB SUMMARY:This position is located at **MEMBERS ONLY**SIGN UP NOW***.'s Colorado Springs office and will bea part-time position. This is an entry-level position and requires an individual who is still learning to apply the theoretical or professional concepts or techniques of the field. This job contributes to the completion of projects and performs relatively standard processes and tasks
PRIMARY DUTY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop understanding of standard contracts DoD, etc.
Manage administration of the contracting and subcontracting process through the ability to track, analyze, aggregate, and report necessary information.
Support contract and subcontract compliance; engage with contract manager and/or business line lead to discuss compliance issues.
Coordinate, review, and respond to requested contract changes and concerns to contracts manager.
Ensure the proper approvals are collected on contracts in line with company policies.
Assists in the preparation and maintenance of contract briefs/summaries and contract files
Organizes and maintains Contract files
Assists in the research and preparation of draft pre-award documents, including teaming agreements, non-disclosure agreements and subcontracts using Company templates.
HS Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required.
Demonstrates pro-activity and takes ownership of daily responsibilities and projects.
Highly organized and strong attention to detail
General knowledge of DoD contracting
Ability to work as a member of a team
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Sharepoint, and Outlook
APP - 3 years’ experience in general office setting
APP - HS Diploma or Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
