Job Description Contract Support This position requires a flexible, but committed schedule and reports directly to the Office Manager. The duties and responsibilities of this position may vary and are not limited to the following description: The Contract Support is responsible for the accurate and timely production of mortgage closing documentation for the purchase of Vacation Ownership Interests and for ACCESS Packages. They are responsible for the following: Verification of worksheets to ensure the correct pricing and financial terms being offered are based on the FICO scores obtained. To ensure that the information entered into the system is accurate, thus producing the documentation for the owner to sign. Responsible for the collection of deposits and end of day escrow balancing on a daily basis. To provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, including answering questions related to business rules as wel as being a liaison between sales and our corporate offices. Required to know, understand and comply with the pre-determined business rules, policies and procedures. Follow and ensure complaince with Payment Card Industy Guidelines (PCI) and Customer Information Security Policy (CISP). Required to have flexibilty to work weekends and holidays in support of a seven day a week operation. Performs general administrative and office support activities for the Office Manager, Sales Executives, and the Director of Sales Fielding telephone calls General administrative duties. Input information from a variety of sources into RCC and process Sales Purchase Contracts into RCC Processing and Imaging of all Contracts Responsible for special administrative projects, as well as overflow work from Office Manager Qualifications: Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a deadline oriented envrironement. Ability to be flexible and meet required deadlines in a concise and organized manner 40 words per minute Ability to present information and ideas in a concise and organized manner Process and team oriented Intermediate Microsoft Office, proficient organization and interpersonal skills, excellent problem solving abilities and exceptional effective communication 1-2 years experience in related work experience (i.e. timeshare, mortgage, banking or administrative operations) a plus Must have software experience, exceptional guest relations skills and be articulate and attentive to outstanding service. Internet research abilities and strong communication skills are required
