What's On Offer?

We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time Contracts Administrator for our regional office based in Los Angeles, near LAX, in the Silicon Beach region. Business operation hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday. The emphasis for this role is on Administrative Support, Detail Orientation, and Contracts Preparation and Negotiation. This role may also require legal research.

COMPENSATION IS NON-NEGOTIABLE:

US$60,000 annually

Responsibilities and Duties

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with preparation of legal documents and redlines, and draft routine letters and other correspondence;

Assist General Counsel with negotiating contracts and drafting language for contracts;

Manage Company's contracting process by tracking authorizations and correspondence;

Review contracts for completeness and accuracy, including but not limited to ensuring documents are properly signed and retrieving additional information when necessary;

Monitor and maintain data quality within Company's contract management system;

Manage uploading and organization of all fully executed copies of legal documents for the Company;

Coordinate with colleagues to establish and enforce contracts review and approvals policy and use of approved contract templates through Company's contract management system;

Provide contract summaries and ensure contract execution in accordance with company policy.

Assist in conducting legal research.

Qualifications and Skills

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university;

Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship);

Minimum 2 years of experience in contract administration, drafting or negotiating contracts;

Paralegal certification preferred;

Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and an aptitude to interpret and understand legal terminology;

Effective communication; both verbal and written with experience in legal writing and research;

Knowledge of contracts law and transactional law are a plus;

Excellent judgment with regard to dealing with confidential content matter and escalating relevant matters to senior leadership;

High commitment to creative and solution-oriented problem-solving.
