A Purchasing Specialist/Contracts Administrator (Term & Conditions) job is available with Kelly Engineering Services in Plano, TX area for a one year contract opportunity with a state of the art technology company. Come join the Worldwide Enterprise team and work with the Sourcing Team to determine which existing Supplier contracts will need additional contract language to meet the General Data Protection Requirements (GDPR). You must have experience reading a contract or set of Terms and Conditions and determine if any personal data is being exchanged. The definition of \u201cpersonal data\u201d will be provided\r
Responsibilities may include\r
\tExperience using Microsoft Word & Outlook along with Adobe PDF files.\r
\tSome experience with Supplier contracts and Purchase Order Terms & Conditions. Being able to read a contract and comprehend contents a must.\r
\tIdeal candidate has been involved in contract negotiation and execution but this is not mandatory.\r
\tProcurement or Sourcing experience is a plus\r
\tAble to work independently with minimal hands on supervision.\r
\tAbility to receive general instructions and directions and determine an independent conclusion based on those instructions and directions\r
\tYou will be trained how to use Ariba and Apttus Contract Management Tools\r
\tPreference is to work normal day time business hours but evening hours may be considered for the right candidate.\r
\tStrong attention to detail Strong organizational/planning skills\u00a0\r
\tProactive and collaborative approach to finding solutions to problems\u00a0\r
\tExcellent Written and Communication Skills\u00a0\r
\tMinimum Education: AA/AS Degree with 5 experience in Supplier Contracts, Purchase Orders, T&Cs and Contracts Management Tools\r
\tAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) Advanced knowledge of the English Language (both oral and written)\u00a0\r
