Job Description Summary
Manage the administration for North America Distributor Fee Payments, non-Corporate Account customer programs to support the North American Health Care growth and profit objectives. Also, lead the contract bid administration process for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Pricing (RFP) from GPOs and Government to drive consistencies and best practices.

SENIOR CONTRACT ANALYST (RFI-RFP)
Responsibilities
Responsible for the timely and accurate management and submission of the RFI/RFP process responding to GPO, Large IHN Corporate Agreements and Government bid renewals/proposals.
Document, maintain and record status of active RFI/RFP/Bids.
Publish position report on a monthly basis to key stakeholders.
Collect all required documents (i.e. Certificate of Insurance, Sustainability Report, Business Continuity Report, Financial Statements, etc.) and requested information (recalls, fill rate, supplier diversity, etc.)
Ensure application of established corporate financial and internal controls within all areas of responsibility.
Communicate fully with superiors, subordinates, and others who have a need to know. 
Be informative without being obtrusive or vexatious. 
Communicate in a way that is timely, yet prompt; complete, yet precise; candid, yet accurate; and clear, yet responsive.
Contribute to an environment in which all team members are respected regardless of their individual differences and are motivated to improve both their individual and team contributions to achieve desired business results.
Actively seek and positively respond to performance and personal development feedback, while initiating activities to enhance personal functional effectiveness to realize full career potential.

Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Required Experience
Minimum 5-7 years’ work experience with knowledge of the Health Care Industry, including GPO contracts and IHN organizations.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical: Expert knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and SAP
B2B business model (i.e. understanding distributor end-user sales information, rebates, and tracings), pricing and group membership is desired.
Key Skills
Self-starter, strategic vision, decisiveness, collaboration, detailed oriented is a must, excellent analysis capability, initiative, excellent written and oral communication skills and integrity.
Generally, the ability to quickly learn and leverage systems is strongly preferred, as well as understanding of system interrelationships.
Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs and goals to business processes and reports is critical.
