Assist the Program Manager with the management and allocations of shared resources to new projects. Assemble teams responsible for sustainment or enhancement of enterprise applications. Monitor and document program status, risks and issues. Coordinates program activities including, but not limited to, task planning and reporting; subcontractor management; deliverable schedule and reports; and expenditure reports. Support interface and point of contact with senior government authorities on project performance, schedule, cost, quality, and technical issues Develop and communicate strategies, goals, and objectives as well as project status and health to both government and internal audiences Support communications support to all levels of government clients Ensure commitments are being satisfied against the schedule by team members and stakeholders and developing mitigations and escalating schedule risks and issues Support management oversight of all project personnel ensuring that roles, responsibilities, commitments, and performance standards are clear and measured against Provide leadership and guidance to coach, motivate, and lead team members to their optimum performance levels and career development. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the program Apply client Software Sustainment, Development and Project Management standard processes Qualifications Position Requirements: US Citizenship required 5 years of IT program management office support experience Proficiency with MS Project & MS Office Experience supporting IT sustainment and development programs Experience managing firm-fixed price contracts Experience supporting 10 team members including sub-contractors Experience supporting assignments of matrix resources Experience monitoring customer-owned commitments Experience supporting Change and Scope Management Experience supporting government contract negotiations Strong customer presence with excellent written and verbal communications Highly collaborative with ability to manage and work with distributed teams, including teleworkers \u00a0 Nice to Have: PMP Certified Experience working with CMMI and\/or ISO methodologies Experience supporting DHA IT projects Knowledge of government and industry security standards Active Clearance This is a full time position paying a base salary, full benefits, and has possible bonus potential based on merit and performance.
