Job Description :
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage the proposal development process; developing proposal positions, articulating that position to the business and ensuring the business develops a compliant and competitive proposal.
- The qualified candidate will demonstrate the ability to obtain proposal submittal approvals, to effectively managing the fact-finding process, and to be able to effectively negotiate LM’s position.
- The successful candidate must show an ability to effectively establish thriving working relationships with all customers, both internally and externally.
- The qualified candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be a self-starter.
*Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required for this role.

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Entry level.
Experience or coursework demonstrating strong writing skills or documentation.
Experience or coursework demonstrating organization and attention to details or process oriented.
Demonstrated experience developing solutions to a variety of moderate and complex problems which may require the regular use of ingenuity and innovation.

DOD Contracting Experience.
FAR and DFAR Knowledge.
Experience or coursework covering law, contract administration, legal studies and business administration.
Must be capable of self-initiating assignments.
Able to work with stakeholders from other organizations.
