Job Title: Contract Administrator\r
Location:\u00a0 Jersey City, NJ\r
Duration: 5 month contract, possibly longer depending on performance and work load.\r
Compensation: $20-$28 hourly (negotiable)\r
The purpose of this position is to provide administrative management of supplier contracts, certifications and documentation consistent with CBRE Sourcing Playbook and applicable client requirements.\r
\tEvaluates and administers agreements for contracted services including preparing new contracts, contract renewals, and contract amendments.\r
\tCoordinates with Sourcing Contracts Manager and legal to ensure currency of contract provisions and compliance.\r
\tCoordinates compliance procedures with vendors including licensing and insurance certificates. Maintains contract database and provides required scheduled and on demand reporting.\r
\tCoordinates contract formation, review, and execution process with central sourcing, account leadership, suppliers and required client representatives.\r
\tMonitors and evaluates vendor performance utilizing established processes and systems.\r
\tAdministers SPM process coordinating with internal and external contributors, and preparing reports for internal and external (suppliers and clients) stakeholders.\r

\tCoordinates contractual support for special facility maintenance and repair projects.\r
\tOther duties may be assigned. No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.\r
\tDecisions made with general understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and deadlines.\r
\tErrors in judgment may cause short-term impact to co-workers and supervisor.\r
\tHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.\r
\tMinimum of two years of related experience and/or training.\r
\tAbility to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.\r
\tAbility to write routine reports and correspondence.\r
\tAbility to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.\r
\tAbility to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees. Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.\r
\tAbility to calculate simple figures such as percentages.\r
\tAbility to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations.\r
\tAbility to solve problems in standard situations.\r
\tRequires basic analytical skills.\r
\tIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite.\r
\tAbility to achieve working level skills in either a contracts database or Ariba Contracts Management Module.\u00a0\r
