Job Description The Senior Contract Administrator will execute the following tasks:\u00a0 Prepare, revise, negotiate, and process confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements for SaaS provider Prepare, revise, negotiate, and process commercial contracts such as vendor agreements, supply agreements, agency agreements and services agreements, as well as software licenses for SaaS \u2013 DaaS provider. Provide full lifecycle, strategic contracts administration leadership and support to internal and external clients. Initiate and pursue process improvement initiatives. Under minimal supervision, execute special projects and other responsibilities as needed.
