Exciting opportunity to work with a Fortune 500 Aerospace company! Job Duties* Aid in proposal preparation* Ensure appropriate flow down of contract requirements and amendments* Customer Purchase Order Review * Support the efforts of the program teams in establishing and securing contractual requirements and ensuring coordination of cross-functional review, input, and approval* Assess business risks and propose plans to mitigate when appropriate* Contract file maintenance and close-outs* Comply with all company procedures and internal approvals and governance* requirements and guidelines* Other duties as assigned by manager* Maintain and organize Contracts Audit Artifacts* Draft, interpret, & manage contract documents in support of Contracts & the Business Unit* Ensure coordination with the customer program team* Participate in the review and negotiation terms and conditions of customer agreements.* Adhere to and comply with Standard work processes* Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner* Liaison between internal and external customersQualifications* Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a business or contracts related field.* Relative experience in Purchase Order Reviews, interpretation of contracts, contract close-outs.any background in military or government contracts would be highly preferred but not necessaryThis person will need to be able to work well under pressure, have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
